The maximum grant per application is \u20ac 1.5 million. The main requirements for eligibility are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Independent Film productions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For Feature films and long form animation a minimum production budget of \u20ac 1 mln. required as well as a minimum spend on Dutch qualifying costs of \u20ac 150K<\/li>\n<li>For documentary films a minimum production budget of \u20ac 250K is required as well as a minimum spend on Dutch qualifying costs of \u20ac 100K.<\/li>\n<li>At least 50% of financing should be in place unconditionally and demonstrable<\/li>\n<li>Based on the point system, only applications with a minimum of 75 out of 210 points are eligible (if Dutch minority copro incl 2 HoD\u2019s\/creative elements)<\/li>\n<li>A cinema release in the Netherlands must be guaranteed upon application<\/li>\n<li>For Dutch minority coproductions both a guaranteed theatrical release in the country of origin and at least a non-theatrical release in the Netherlands qualify<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nIndependent High End series<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For High End series a minimum budget of 4k up to 12K per broadcast minute (depending on the category) is required as well as a minimum spend on Dutch qualifying costs of 15% of the total budget<\/li>\n<li>At least 50% of financing should be in place unconditionally and demonstrable<\/li>\n<li>Based on the point system, only applications with a minimum of 75 out of 210 points are eligible, (if Dutch minority copro incl 2 HoD\u2019s\/creative elements)<\/li>\n<li>The High End series must be published and publicly accessible in the Netherlands through television or a VOD platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Millstreet Films recently co-produced with FBO Robin Pront\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.millstreetfilms.nl\/en\/portfolio_page\/zillion\/\">ZILLION<\/a>, which is supported by a grant of \u00a0the minority co-production with VAF scheme \u00a0and the Film Production Incentive.
