Loet is over fourty years old, but still lives together with his slightly younger brother Winnie at home with their dominant father Baltus. The sons have lived their entire life of their father’s pension and do everything he tells them to, until Baltus suddenly dies in front of the TV. Now what? The brothers have always heard they are capable of nothing and have never been further away from home then to the local supermarket. To keep living of their father’s pension, they decide to put him in the freezer for the time being and find someone in a retirement home who can temporarily replace him.
